Nicole Ari Parker, an American actor who has appeared on film and on television, as well as on stage, is most well-known for playing Teri Joseph, the fiery attorney in the show on Showtime called Soul Food. In 2002, Canadian theater critics were awed by her performance in 92 performances of the play. She was given the chance to be a part of the Stratford Conservatory. The school accepts only eight men and four women to take a course in the art of classical theater. Contractor was ecstatically accepted. Her place was guaranteed for the following season of shows, and she landed Hermia's part in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
